I'm a 12 year old girl but i weight around 160lbs. I have a problem with under-active thyroid which causes me to gain weight and not be able to lose it for a long time. Over the summer I would workout which was really helping me where I would lose at least a pound a week. But the school came and I gained it all back due to stress, overeating and I cant walk that far between my classes. Please don't tell me to just eat right because I have and that hasn't helped at all. I don't have much time anymore to work out. I am very self-conscious. Please help?
