I believe I had a bit of smegma around my clitoris. I also have some tiny, soft bumps. Before I found the smegma (it was hiding) there was an itchy feeling down there along with a whitish discharge. Since locating the smegma and washing it off, I have not had any itchiness or discharge at all. However, it is still irritated and the bumps have not gone away yet. The texture of my clit is also different? But it looks more like papules.  Is it possible that this could have been caused by the smegma?

Notes:

--- I have already been to the doctor and she was confused. She said it doesn't look like any STI or STD because the bumps are so tiny and soft. I am keeping an eye on them and using a cream for yeast infection.

--- Also, I am very clean and not sure how I even had the smegma to begin with. I wash regularly without any harsh soaps. What exactly can cause this? 

--- I used to get really bad UTI's when I was very young and I am not sure why. My mother is no longer living so I am not sure if this could be a result of something hereditary or not. I have no access to her medical records. 

Any input on this would be much appreciated!
