I am a kind of person who thinks much. The thoughts spread from one point to another. It's not so important if my brain started to its journey of thinking in one direction but when my brain tries to think on more than 2-3 (or more) things all the thinking spreads makes my brain or head to feel sth an icy (but tiny) water line or sth like it,, sth like very small waterfall and then suddenly I cease up thinking and it relaxes. It was on the middle part of my brain but today I can feel it even on the front side.

What can it be and what should I do?
