This morning while driving through town I met a runner/jogger I couldn't tell for sure running on the wrong side of the street in the center of my small New England town (~20,000). We have brand new poured concrete sidewalks 5-6 feet wide. It was 6 am so there was not a soul on the sidewalk but she was in the street weaving in and out around parked cars where there was plenty of traffic going to work.

I no longer wonder why drivers are so PO'd about runners using the street. Not because it's illegal but because it makes no sense. Where was her brain?
