For the past 3 months, I have had slight back and abdominal pain. I have gone to three doctors, and have not had many answers except for that they think that it is mainly stress related. I had an x-ray of my lower back that came out clear, and an ultrasound of my testicles in which they found 2 epididymal cysts and 2 varicoceles. I took antibiotics for the cysts and my testicular pain went away, but I still have the back and abdominal pain. I went to a urologist who did not find any problems in my urine sample, and when I asked him if this could be kidney stones, he said that this did not look anything like it. I'm freaking out because I am supposed to leave for college tomorrow and I am not sure if I am just stressed out about moving or if there is something really wrong. The pain is not bad, but it just scares me into wondering what's causing it.

Dude I had mine for a better part of 3 years and it hasn't gone away , I've taken antibiotics incase it was an infection. The pain is transient meaning it will go away for a brief period time then comes back. The pain i get of course is where the cyst is and the lower abdomen I think it's the spermatic cords that hurt . . Doctors won't do anything until it usually gets bigger like almost a third size testicle, or we're you can't walk from the pain. But I do wish there was a magic pill or something to Male this go away, I want my sex life back man. Well stay positive. Yup
