abdominal inflammation Pain "Help Please"

Hello, this is my first time here, 49 yr. woman. I have abdominal pain center above navel, for the past 3 years. My abdominal is inflamed, I get a red rash across the whole main area when i wear pants, when i heck-up, it gets cut off with serve pain under my right lung, i now have sharp pain in my left groin, i have lumps that hurt real bad all over my body, the pain in my ab feels solid and serve tender, these are only some , that are there all the time. I do not have any medical insurance, i have had some tests, can anyone help me or give any advise with real concern? Thank you, God Bless.
