I am 34 weeks pregnant, I had severe abdominal pain on my entire right side lastnight. It happened last week also, but did not last that long. when it occured last night, it was so severe I couldnt even walk. I laid down and eventually went to sleep and when I woke up it was gone. what could this be? went to doctor and they have no idea, but said if it occurs again to come in and be seen.
