Over the past four years I've had what some neuroligsts have called partial seizures, while others disagree. My eeg's are abnormal with constant "seizure like activity". Most show: abnormal eeg due to bitemporal independent slowing, indicating focal neuronal dysfunction. Left greater than right temporal sharp waves to theta range. Also have severe headaches said to be migraines but start at base of skull/top of spine and have small blind areas to outside regions of vision (constant, not just with headaces). Have uncontrolled sleep attacks diagnosed as narcolepsy. I want to know if these could all be caused from one specific problem? I've had CT scans MRI's and neurological testing that show problem areas but nothing specific. Each doctor looks only at each symptom separately and treats accordingly. Also may be relevant, I was struck by lightening 20 years ago and have battled health problems ever since but most doctors don't know what to think in that area.

try asking your doctor to send a referral to get a visual evoked potential (VEP) test done. May help answer some of the question about your vision.
