First time site user and poster, so forgive any poor etiquette as I’m not really familiar with how things really work here. The title really condenses my issue down to the core. (25 years old btw)I think at one point a few months ago I experienced testicular torsion, as the veins connecting to my left testicle swelled up and were painful for a couple of weeks, but it cleared up after come care and hasn’t bothered me since. My issue now is abnormal lumps on my left teste. They fluctuate a little in size over time, maybe the span of a month or two to see any noticeable change. They’ve been there for maybe three years now, and they rarely and intermittently become slightly to moderately painful to the touch. Understandably this has made me pretty nervous over the last couple of years, but I have no insurance and no primary physician because unfortunately I can’t afford it. It hasn’t negatively affected my sex life though, but regardless of that I know this isn’t normal and it worries me sometimes. I guess I’m ultimately asking if my symptoms sound like they could develop into something serious and if I should just bite the bullet and put myself into crippling debt to save my left-hand man?
