Hey, guys.
I'm 17-years-old and around two months ago, during a self-examination, I noticed a small lump (painless) on the back/top of my left testicle. I started to look around on the internet for a potential diagnosis, and the results had put my mind at rest (I did thorough research).
Only recently, I've started to experience a "dull ache" in my groin/lower abdomen area. I'm quite concerned, because I'm lead to believe that this is a common symptom of testicular cancer.
I'm just wondering if experiencing a dull ache sensation in the groin/lower abdomen is also a symptom of a testicular cyst? I'm going to see a general practitioner very soon, but I'm just curious to find out.
Thanks.
