New mole on scrotum and itching

Hi im a 20 year old male and i have recently discovered a new mole on my scrotum . It is around 1.7mm in diameter and a little irregular in shape like a heart shape with slightly jagged edges. The mole is dark brown in color but has a pale or light brown line seperating the mole in the center . Thus the mole has 3 sections and looks like brown ,light brown,brown. . I have also experienced intense itching on my scrotum on both sides for the past week only at night. Please reply im really worried and thanks
