I'm an 18 year old guy who masturbates once or twice a day. However, from time to time, sometimes random, and sometimes surrounding sexual activity, one of my testicles will start a dull ache which will last for no more than 10-15 minutes.
People and articles quickly point to testicular cancer, but this ache sometimes comes in one testicle and sometimes in the other. I also considered an infection of the epididimis because I do frequently get sinus infections which I think can spread to that.
Like I said the pain is transient and seems to go away after a short time and seems too dull to be testicular torsion. I'm just curious if anyone has any answers
FYI not blue balls because it is not directly effected by ejaculation. And I have checked myself for any kind of unusual growth or shape in the testicles and have found none.
Any ideas?
