Acne or Herpes on my penis?

Hello i am "16" and i need some advice on herpes, i use to have regula sex with my girl friend some times un-protected.
I know now this was a mistake, any way i accasionaly get red blister type spots on my penis. At the moment i just try to ignore them and dont have sex wilest they are flared, but do i have herpes? they keep comeing back about 6 month period imbetween each flare up.

hi im 19 im with my girlfriend been 5 years now and last night we had sex and right after sex i looked at my penis and i have something that looks like a rach on my forskin on the back of my penis  it doest not hurt or itchy the texture is like dry its redish pink looks like skales a bit i dont know if its herpes i did not have sex with no one else and her either i dont know if its cause of the rubbing or the penatration or something
