Hi, there. In any case, you should discuss this with an ENT specialist. Since you have a thin nasal mucosa, this is an excellent terrain for bacteria and viruses. There is no special medicine for viruses. I guess you will be recommended antibiotics for preventing bacterial infection. They are mostly given topically.
