After UTI Treatment still feeling a sensation on my right testicle

hello 

my case i a little it complex to explain first i was having the lower right abdominal discomfort that did not hurt when touched, after a while i was diagonised of urinary tract infections and i got treatement for it , but right now i am having this mild sensation on my right testicle the same point i felt discomfort when i had UTI i am scared and confused please what should i do ... i am also currently antibiotics cos i am receiving treatement for cold 

what should i do and what do you think the cause of this is ?
