Hi, I have been recovering from depression, but still I can’t change habits which I have developed in bad mood period. How can I overcome this problem?

Hi, when I have been getting therapy for my depression, psychotherapy and medications, I also tried to establish a positive habits for everyday life. There are some simple steps that enable speed recovery from depression. It is important not to remain in bed or sleep for more than 8-hours a day. Get outside, specially fresh air and sunshine can help. At least 1/2-hour between 11 AM and 2 PM, is the best time to go out. A lot of natural light in your home and work place would also be beneficial. Do some exercise, walk, run or practice your favorite sport. Avoid alcohol in any form and recreational drugs.
