I am a regular swimmer. I have a friend who tried to join me on many occasions. He is complaining all the time that it is boring and that he cannot afford to waste time on this. I disagreed and stated that swimming cannot be boring. What do you think?

Obviously your friend fails to see the beauty and pleasure in swimming. No persuasion is going to change that. Leave him be. Obviously he is bored by swimming. Someone finds movies boring. Other say that listening to certain type of music is tedious. It all depends on person’s likes and dislikes. For the rest of us there is no better sport than swimming.
