im a 13 year old girl and i am usually about 150 or 149 pounds but my weight increased to 159 pounds!

This is pretty high for a thirteen year old. but iw ould say it does not matter much as long as you are healthy.
The sudden increase could be attributed to a recent change in diet. Did you start drinking chocolate milk? that happened to me :)
I would say start up a routine exercise of half an hour.
