you are truly fine but if u really wanna lose some weight you should exercise about 2 hours a day and count your calories do these simple steps and u should be losing weight soon!

telling a 13 year old to count calories and exercise 2hrs a day is a recipe for disaster (ie: eating disorder)
your height and weight are fine. if you want to lose a few pounds which i dont recommend make sure you are get atleast 60 minutes of physical activity in a day go for a walk, play soccer etc. eat small 4-6 meals a day and make sure they are balanced.
