I noticed that my nipples are lactating. I’m so worried because I don’t know what’s happening. Maybe I’m pregnant or maybe I have a breast cancer. I’m 23 years old. Please, can somebody tell me what it can mean? Are lactating nipples a sign of pregnancy? Is it sign of a cancer?

Don’t panic. The lactating nipples don’t need to be a sign of pregnancy. And I know definitely that lactating nipples is not a sign of breast cancer. It may be pregnancy but usually it’s some kind of hormone inbalance. Your body probably is making too much prolactin. Anyway you should go to your gynecologist.
