I am again in that weight loss mistakes, because I do make them all the time. Those mistakes that I do make, I believe that they are small. But, do you know are there some universal weight loss mistakes that people make or not? Why is that so? Any special reason or?
I was wondering what do you think about this?

Of course that they are some universal weight loss mistakes. I mean, you have tons of them :) For example, I just can’t believe that some people are thinking that they can follow some diet program and expect to lose their weight, without doing any exercise program. That is unbelievable.
A lot of ladies think that they will be able to lose their weight if they drink those shakes as well. No way!
You need to be balanced in every single program, that is the case in this one.
When you learn how to avoid mistakes, everything is going to be easy. Right?
I have to say that I totally agree with you. You need to be strict, of course, because that is the only way to be disciplined, but it becomes problem when you want to be too strict, and somehow, in that way, you just go from your diet program. So, you need to be very careful in this. That is probably the only solution. That is the first mistake that you make in your diet programs. Second, you need to try find some diet program that is good for your character and your personality, you can’t just chose diet program just because your friend told you that this one is good.
