For two months now, I have been getting intermittent foot cramps when laying down. I do not know why I am getting them foot only, usually medial side. I would like some advice on this. It is very annoying. Are these cramps like normal?

The foot cramps can happen at any time, I have them when practicing, sitting, swimming…very often. Generally they occur in the evening, when I put my legs up on a pillow or even just straighten them. I‘ve been told that is because of lack of potassium, so I eat bananas every day to see if it helps.

it can also be a lack of salt, I get that.or maybe you just need to stretch the muscles....or knead them out..... try getting a deodorant can or something of similar shape and rolling it hard along the floor with the inside (and arch) of your foot.
