I am 15, 170cm tall and I weigh about 67-68 kg. I'm in the 'normal' weight range and my body shape is kind of half rectangle, half hourglass. However I am not happy with the way I look because I can easily grab my fat and I look chubbier than the other girls at my school. I try so hard to skim down, I've been eating a lot healthier since last year and I do various excercises such as walking, jogging and mainly cycling for atleast an hour every day. I've lost 11 - 12 kg since last year but i'm finding it really hard to lose anymore. My mum says as I get older I will slim down more but I'm wondering if this is true..? If anyone has any ways to help or any opinions on this topic please let me know :)
