I have a grade 3 vericocele in my left side. Am planning my surgery shortly. I would like to know whether the bag of veins disappear after surgery? Or after some months post surgery?

The veins are not removed during surgery, but rather tied off. It will take 3-6 months for the veins to be reabsorbed into your body.
