I have taken Kl. for 10 years. I tried to cold turkey like 4 months ago and was unsuccesful. I went back on and weind off over the past three months and have been off now for 22 days. I am going through hell. Should I go back on to a low dose like an eighth and wein off of that over a couple months or try to tuff it out. If I go back on it was like 22 days of hell for nothing and I don't know how many more days I can go through this. There has been know sighn of relief. Am I looking at like 6 months to 2 years of hell or am I almost there. I dont know what to do.

Hi. I just ran across this old post of yours and wondered how you're doing these days and how you fared after the posting. I'm trying to taper down from 3 mgs. Klonopin a day and having a rough time of it. I'm on just under 2 mgs. now, but think I need to stay there for a while, due to heightened anxiety. I need reassurance that there is an ens to this horror show. Thanks, ~~Mary
