My dear mom is turning 50 this year, and I am preparing a whole book for her, both about her past achievements and about what the future holds in store. I would love to include some kind of guide telling her all about the best diet for women over 50. Can you help? Where can I find such a thing?

What a lovely idea! My first thought is that women at this age become more and more in need of calcium, what with the menopause and other activities in the body that drain calcium. Therefore, taking a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement becomes of increasing importance. Could you mention that? Can't think of anything else right now.
