Hi! I am 6 weeks post partum now and feel great! I am very full of energy and am still very much on my birth high! Most sources I have been looking at say that it is OK for post partum moms to start exercising at 6 weeks. I would sure like to lose that baby weight and start looking as great as I feel, especially since this was definitely my last pregnancy and I want to make sure I am healthy as well! What do you think? What exercises are appropriate for post partum moms and which make you lose the baby weight fast?
