I thing the whole belly fat saga is pretty female specific, and that this alone is enough reason to write many books about diets for women! It is that kind of thing that I am currently looking into. Do you have any suggestions for good diet books for women? Which ones are the best, and why? If there was a book that really helped you, please share it here.

I just read this great book by Tanya Zuckerbrot. I haven't applied any of the things she lists in her book yet, but I found it to make a lot of sense and I certainly intend to try some of her tips in the future. The book is called the F-factor (female, you get it!) and you can order online or probably find it in your local bookstore.
