I've been married for about 4yrs now and haven't had sex with another else other than my wife, so I don't think it's an STD. I don't really notice it until I'm erect. I've had this for maybe 3wks now and wondering when it'll go away. Is it just a pimple & nothing to worry about? I'm hesitant in going to the doctor in that my wife may be worried about "it", plus showing myself off in front of a doctor is not something I would be comfortable doing. :$

I've had something like this for at least five years, no matter how much washing and taking care of it it hasn't gone away. Upon seeing a doctor they determined it to be just a normal growth (also more noticable when erect) and that it may just go away or be there forever, I rarely notice it now.
