You might see celebrities on the beach in a bikini and wonder "How in the heck do they look like that 24/7"? Or a magazine ad with Kate Moss or Cara Delevigne showing off their slim pins or toned arms - but what you might not realize is that even the most stunning of ladies don't look like that all the time. In fact, Kate Moss had a body double for one of her Rimmel ads - someone else's legs were used for the shoot. So although you might not always feel beautiful, neither do those celebrities. But there's plenty that you can do to look and feel your very best at all times - whether you're a size 4 or a size 20.

Banish the Bloat
Bloating can not only make your tummy swell, which isn't particularly pretty, but it can also leave you feeling heavy, constipated and just generally a little bit under the weather. Banish the bloat and keep your tum looking trim by cutting out fizzy drinks - they swell up your tummy and don't hydrate in the same way that plain water does. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day, too.
Drinking more will flush out toxins and if your body is retaining water, will help to flush that out too. If you can, avoid white bread and pasta as it'll cause your blood sugar levels to spike, which can increase bloating.
Slim Pins
Getting slim pins is easier than you might think. A few sets of exercises each day - things like standing up on your tippy toes, holding, then dropping back down will tone your calves. You could do leg raises, raising each leg out to the side as far as it can go, then dropping it back down without standing on the floor. Repeat 10 times, then repeat on the other side. Squats are a great way to tone your thighs and bum, and seated "wall squats", where you stand against a wall, then shuffle down until you're in a seated position leaning against the wall and hold for as long as you can will tone your calves, thighs and hips.
Massage and Body Brushing
It takes a little bit of time, not to mention effort, but if you really want the body of your dreams - and if you want to banish cellulite, lumps, bumps and swelling, it's a really good idea to start body brushing and massaging your skin. Top models swear by it, and it's a brilliant way to increase circulation to the top layers of skin, reducing the appearance of any lumps and bumps and improving cell turnover and cell reproduction.

Do this everyday before you jump in the shower and when you come out, give yourself a massage using a nourishing body oil - it'll give your skin a glorious glow.
