I have quite a short cycle..my period comes every 2-3 wks max. My doctor told me to get on bc. I started on the second day of my period which was on the 23rd of Oct; so it's been just about 2 wks. I had unprotected sex yesterday which was the 5th..Could I be pregnant? I think its possible because the pills haven't been in my system for that long, and I also stop taking the pills as of yesterday; I'm usually very sporadic when it comes to take them. I was wondering that the fact that I stop, can this be a problem. Someone told me if I don't take the plan b, chances are it might happen...What do you guys think?

it is possible for you to be pregnant if you did not take y our pill everyday around the same time of the day the pill is hard because to have it be effective you pretty much need an alarm set to remember to take it. on the other hand plan b you have only 72 hours to take it and you should be very careful not to take plan b too often it can cause you to become infertile. hope this helps good luck. and I suggest a test.
