Hello. I have had this birthmark on my leg since I was born. It looks and it veins that have risen to the surface of my leg and the birthmark is really a large scab so it doesn't bleed. The problem is the doctors when I was younger said it should have been gone 4 years ago. What shall I do? Have you ever heard of a case like mine?
