im 21 i have a few black specks in my cum from time to time. it's usually when ive relieved myself sexually a few times...  now saying this i know that ive had some damage to the testicles resaulting in an extra sperm sack forming on one of the testicles. a common thing for males.  in my case, and probably the case of most males here the blaack dots are nothing more than the fact that i've had too much sugar wich is hard for someone with hypoclycemia to avoid. the way to fix this is to drink more water, and exercise so your body can sweat out any toxins before they settle.

Many men have asked what are these small fibrous looking things i find , well it can be different with each individual . This is freaking me out, because I saw a black bug in my husbands semen last night. It was about the size of a lady bug with several legs. I'm stocked about this, and I think he should get some type of ultrasound to see if there is something is living dormant!

Um what we are dealing with is not from microfiber. They can be seen on me UNDER skin. I stretched the skin on my calor bone to see more clearly and it "darted" off like a coy fish or eel would. Anyhow if you're here reading this you have morgellons. Avoid sugar. Also your hair all over your body will begin to sprout *TWO hairs per follicle. Sometimes many more than two. You will have deep hair follicle plugs or sebaceous oil attached to the end of you hair if plucked and often a black nasty dead root. Good luck I found a specialist in San Frisco Dr Ralph stricker. But still have this nightmare after nearly a years of "treatment" with antibiotics. You need anti parasitic medicine. Get blood work to test liver function since anti helminthic(worms) medicine is hard on your liver and body.
