This has happened to me, I had every single test done, blood tests, vaginal swabs chlamydia tests and everything and they found nothing wrong with me. However, I am on the depo injection and when I got it one week earlier than usual it put itself right and I didn't bleed when I orgasmed. It's happened again but hopefully it will sort itself out as I got my injection. Don't worry about it, I've had all the tests done and there's nothing actually wrong.

I am pre menopausal and have the same experience after clitorial orgasm and have light bleeding from dark to light only when I wipe. has been happening over a year now. Had full gynaecologist examination and was told I'm healthy and bleeding is from strong contractions of uterus with climax which expels light blood and small clots. Last time I had full bleed from period was 2 months ago, but I also have low thyroid issues which can cause skipped periods also.

I have been on the birth control pill for about 4 years now and just started experiencing this bleeding about two weeks ago. I noticed everyone here is on the depo shot but I'm still wondering if maybe this is all related to any form of birth control? I read somewhere that you are more likely to damage your "walls" while on some form of contraception. Did anyone find anything else out about this? I'm sort of concerned!

Ive been having this issue also. I also have recently had a lot of transvag ultrasounds because they felt something pushing extremely forward. They thought my uterus had flipped over top of my bladder. They said all results came back normal but from my portal to view my results of the ultrasound and it says the finding say "Thickened hyperechoic endometrium measuring 1.22 cm. Concerning for underlying hemorrhage and blood products." I've been told in the ER I may have to have a DNC to remove the excess blood but I also have a lot of Nabothian cysts and small folical cyst but my doctor has no idea what's wrong with me... I have constant pressure which always feels like I'm bearing a child without the child. At one point I thought my bladder was falling out..
Maybe this might give someone some insight as my doctor had a book and had to pull up stuff on her IPhone because she seemed to be lost. What a crock!

I also forgot to add I haven't been on birth control in over 10 years. I was on depo for a year but got pregnant after I gained 100lbs from it so not sure if its related... But that's a long time to have this issue. Also my periods come out in chunks of clots. The first 2 days is nothing but chunk after chunk. Its like it all falls out then trickles off the last 2 days.

Hello everyone. Im new to this site. But i use to have the same problem. I found that because i was skipping my periods all the time. This was what was causing mine. Now i let my period come through normally and i dont have a problem. Took about 3-4 months to control, but i got there.

Not that kind of blood I think I speak for everyone when we say is likey period blood, clots and everything but only after orgasm, I think it's part of endometriosis, not a doctor, just know my symptoms specially when you don't get your period every month, it's built up blood that is trapted up there

It's normal its blood from your period which has just been left there so when u orgasm it's a perfect time for your blood to come out
