bleeding during clitoral orgasm

This is happening to me too but this^ is not possible for me. Only external stimulus but full clots and blood coming from inside. Feels like it's being forced out of my cervix after orgasm

I am 51 and haven't had a period now for 18 months. This just happened to me as well. Orgasmed through clitoris stimulation. When i used the bathroom to pee and wipped myself there was pink blood. Not alot just enough to make me think "wow whats going on". Appreciate the comment about contracting uterus during orgasam. Makes sense just wouldn't think after 18 months of no periods.

Hello. This question has came to my notice recently and through some studies I found out some possibilites that could be the cause of it and there are some possibilites that could cause this

1) If it is the first time masturbating and an object such as a dildo is placed inside the vagina, bleeding might result. The reason can be attributed to the sex toy breaking the hymen inside the vagina. The hymen is a thin piece of skin that is found inside the vagina which is normally torn during the first sexual encounter. Use of sex toys can cause the hymen to break and thus vaginal bleeding occurs. In normal cases, bleeding may last 4 days to a week. If this continues, seeking medical attention is recommended. (Note that; If hymen breaks, technically hymen is what protects you from not being pregnant so it's 70% accurate to not be pregnant on your first intercourse, if hymen breaks there are high possibilites that you can get pregnant anytime. Hymen is like, your virginity protector. Once it breaks, you're like, losing your virginity)

2)Another possible cause of bleeding after masturbation could be that you are starting your periods. This is often the case especially when you are at the beginning of the cycle. It is therefore possible that your periods could be starting and it is good to check your calendar before you start thinking of other things that could have caused the bleeding.

3)It is also possible that you could have cut the walls of the vagina with your nails and thus the resultant bleeding. It could also be that you were too rough on the vagina walls or the vulva (i.e. the outside parts of a woman’s clitoris), thus causing bruising which results in the bleeding seen. These tears in the vagina normally heal by themselves in about 1-3 days. To get around this, it is recommended that you cut any long nails so as to prevent bruising or even lacerations to your vagina. Repeated masturbation before there is adequate healing of the areas that were bleeding can prolong the [period it takes to heal or even complicate the problem further. Use of tampons while healing takes place is discouraged.

4)Another cause of bleeding after masturbation could be that you are pregnant. Bleeding after masturbation is very common in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy according to the NHS. Within this time, it is possible that you may not be wary of the fact that you are pregnant. The blood comes as a result of the cervix bleeding, especially if you masturbate using several sex toys such as dildos. If you have been sexually active, it is advisable that you get a pregnancy test, just to rule out this cause.

I am 19 and have had this problem A LOT the past year. I finally told my obgyn. I am currently on the pill, and have periods maybe once or twice a year. But after orgasims i often have heavy bleeding for a day or even up to a week. She suggested switching to a different pill so that's what I'm going to try...

I've been on the pill for 6 years and this problem has developed for me the past year. I suggested trying a stronger pill to my doc so we're going to try that

I have the same problem mines came from my pcos when you have pcos you don't ovulate every month which causes you to not shed the uterine lining so everytime you orgasm the contractions cause the built up lining to come down the only thing that helped me was provera 10mg pill I took once a month for ten days now I don't have this problem

I got spotting after my first injection as well

I no longer have a monthly cycle. And have not had sex for 14 months

I'm 55 years of age so I don't get periods however I've had three UTIs and microscope blood I just finished antibiotics so it should be gone now however when I had an Orgasm I saw little blood

I would love to find out some serious answers to this question, as I too have recently developed this problem. It worries me a lot, my mother died of cervical cancer and I have had a bad pap in the past.
If there is anyone that can provide some true medical advise I would appreciate it.
