My gf had this also and I was pretty worried thinking that I might have scratched her or possibly a more serious problem is behind it. There was clitoral stimulation but I also used my thumb inside, pushing downwards, so it's possible it was just a scratch but it's day 3 and there is still blood. Afterwards there was blood on my thumb and kept coming. Her period was a week ago so can't be that as she's pretty regular.
I was hoping to find some answers here but to no avail. Any more answers people come across please post.

I had a polyp removed on my uterus back in June 2016 because I was experiencing bleeding which I haven't had in many years because I had both ovaries removed.Everytime I have a orgasm I will bleed from a bright red to pinkish color for a few days.After visiting my doctor again he suggested another surgery which will result in in the removal of my uterus but cervix still intact.Go figure.

I haven't been on birth control in 4 years and I've never had depo, I'm pre menopause and extremely regular and still have my full blown period right on schedule. I've just recently started having this problem within the last month. I have a follow up in two weeks with a urogynecologist specialist and will be bringing this issue up!

I've bled for about two months straight. Then when i go to the gyne, she gives me pills (oral contraceptive pills) to stop the bleeding. She told me that i should take it 3 times a day. A day later the bleeding almost stopped. The next day it's gone. A week later, i kinda had a rough sex, after that day i bled again like im on my period. I took some pills again and about 2 days before it had stopped. And yesterday i kinda do some clitoral stimulation and let's say i did what some women is doing to satisfy themselves. And this morning i bleed again. Then i tried taking the pill again. Now there's a small amount of the blood on my napkin after 3 hrs from changing it

I have started to have this problem the past 2 months. Clitoral stimulation leading to light pink light bleeding for a day or so. After recent sex it lasted a week, prompting me to see my gyno. I have had mirena 2 years and was concerned the sex moved it, although I now realize that clitoral stimulation without sex does it too, just for shorter time periods. All tests came out negative, iud was in place and everything looked fine. She said the back wall of my cervix looked a bit red and could just be overly sensitive, potentially as a result of the birth control hormones. What you all said about the orgasm squeezing the cervix makes sense with that explanation. Nothing to worry about, just really annoying.
She suggested taking good raw probiotics to get all the bacteria down there well balanced and maybe clear up the sensitivity. I started taking them last week. Will update if it seems to help.
