i am 18 years old boys.Always there is some dizzyness and i fell pain in my neck so that i cannot focus on anything properly i do mastrubation some times excessively but after that i used to take dry grapes,groundnuts,badams,etc. but i feel dizzyness and the pain in my neck again and again so i consulted a doctor but not told him about mastrubation. he told me to take a ct scan for brain and an EEG test and the result was normal.so, what should i do now to get free from the pain and dizzyness
