i have noticed that whenever i take any kind of painkillers for my periods pain the menstrual flow however slowdowns. it start to come in clots. why is that so??i take panadol extra for my pain.. what to i do for this??

Well I know that painkillers can also be coagulants so it's possible that's the case when you take something for the period. I think that you could talk to your doctor about it if you think that it is a major concern but I think that's what is causing your clotting. Keep us posted.

I think that you had posted this on another thread, but if you are not already on birth control pills, then you might want to try getting on one because it regulates your period and makes them more regular. I mean, you can still take the painkillers to help with your menstrual pain, as it should not affect your periods at all aside from the aforementioned clotting.
