Two weeks ago I had normal alerting cramps that my period was due and nothing happened. Until the beginning of this week, when I was suffering from terrible cramps and back aches as if I was on my period. Yesterday I thought I'd gotten it when a few bright red spots appeared. It was extremely minimal, but that's it. So I'm not sure if it's a sign of implantation or not...Since  I have gotten no further bleeding and I'm still cramped and bloated I'm not entirely sure about what it is that is happening anymore. My perios are irregular, I can be a 28 day cycle next a 35, even as far as 40. It's always been heavy flow though and NOW I got my last period a tad more than 40 days ago so I'm a bit concerned. Has anybody else experienced this? Is it too early to take a pregnancy test?
