My boyfriend ( he's 18 ) and I have an active sex life, and are very intimate and comfortable with each other. Any problems that arise, we can easily talk about it and don't feel the need to hide anything or be embarrassed.
But there is something that neither of us know the answer to. When he uses a condom, it's absolutely fine. But if he enters me without a condom or plenty of lubrication, his foreskin gets pulled back behind the head and it becomes painful for him during sex. He's told me that when he continues when this happens, his penis becomes kind of numbed - it makes him last longer, but he feels a hot, almost burning sensation in the head. Neither of us are sure if this is normal or not (probably due to the fact that any porn either of us has seen, the men almost never have their foreskin over the head. Whether that's because they have been circumcised, or the foreskin gets pulled back, I don't know.)
Another thing which may be helpful to know is that he has some problems regarding how long he can last before coming - which hasn't bothered me in the slightest, but he's gotten a bit down about it. I've researched that topic, and see a possible solution to it with the start-stop method, but I can't find anything about the earlier problem I described.
So yes, any reply would be very helpful. With him being my first and only sexual partner, I don't know if this is supposed to happen. Considering the pain, it doesn't sound like it; but the extended timeframe makes us question that. He has been with many other women, but in all honesty he doesn't know if it is normal or not either.

Thanks for replying Lady B, even though it was quite hard to read. xD But I appreciate it none the less.
Although I can't help but think these are just guesses, although decent ones..
Please can somebody give some more insight as to what might be going wrong?

this may help a little but i was reading about how uncircumcised men have sensitive heads because they are covered up and not used to the every rubbing on their under garments, look around in the mens health forum there's alot of information about it there. lots of different suggestions, and tips to help lessen or eliminate the pain he is feeling. good luck

It sounds to me like it is a lubrication issue, to be honest. When he enters you without a condom, does he have lubrication at all? When he enters you without a condom, because he is uncircumcised, he actually should not use lubricant, because the insertion should just be based on the movement of his foreskin and his penis. Does he not have the ability to retract his foreskin fully? Let me know.
