hello, my granpa is now 63 years old and he has HTN. for the last 8 yrs he has been adequately managed with a thiazide and an ACE1. during that he developed signs of BPH which required prostatectomy. does he still need to take the thiazide?

Oh, it's not always have to get prostatectomy if a man has BPH, you may consider an alternative therapy.
