I just have been told that I strained Brachial Plexus??? I just had neck pain for 5 days. I guess from the training, so I check with MD. So what is Brachial Plexus?

A brachial plexus strain is an injury to the nerves that travel from the neck and down the arm. These nerves are called the brachial plexus nerves. They leave the spinal cord and travel between the vertebrae and the back and into the shoulder, giving the arm its ability to function, so they can be stretched, avulsed, or ruptured due to large amounts of stress put on the neck. It is possible that you hurt it when you trained, but your MD will know what to do with you.
