I've always been in good shape, ran cross country, pushups, situps, basic fitness stuff, until a year ago I start having these these insane urges to gag or throwup. After going a summer without running I decide to start again and after half a mile i'm forced to stop. My chest and side hurts and I keep gagging like i'm about to puke or dry heave or something. It takes me 10 minutes to recover where I can walk again. Since then I've tried to run more with the same results. I even havve the urge to gag now at random times. I could be completely relaxed on the couch but my throat is tight and I have difficulty breathing. I'm an 18 year old male any help would be really appreciated. thanks
