Ok so I broke my hymen last night. I know the blood's supposed to be light red but mine was dark brownish red first and later it turned light red. anything weird about the color? It still hurts inside the vigina and I spot blood. Last night, the first time I went to the bathroom, as I was sitting, dropps of fresh red blood started dripping fast and It scared me. It happened twice last night but not today, only spotting now.

Oh my god I know what you're going through :( the same thing happened to me the first time I tried to use a tampon and it scared me. It turned out that I had a septate hymen and had to have surgery, but that's really rare. Anyways, the doctors thought that it was just that my hymen was particularly small until they figured it out, but it's apperantly really common for it to bleed for a few days if it ripped a lot. If it keeps bleeding for longer go see the doctor, but it's probably fine.
