Hymen tearing. Could there be blood agian?

i had sex a couple of months back for the first time +there was quite a bit of blood
i believe i have a septate hymen +i now want to have sex again with my boyfriend but i am scared there will be blood again, do you think there will be? +should i try +get rid of the septate hymen myself?

help please.
