In late february i was sleddin with some buddies and we went off of a jump and of course i was in the front and was pushed out by the force and both of them landed on me while i also landed on my feet. my ankle snapped and my foot was facing the opposite direction. i ended up with a plate and five screws put in my ankle. all of it was removed in late may. i guess my question is that 6 months after some time i get an excruciating pain like i broke it all over again for no reason. sometimes it does it when i get up in the morning and sometimes it does right in the middle of me walking. im confused as to what it is.

Hi Lancerguy,
Your orthopedic person should be able to tell you what is going on . I broke my foot in March, and in may had 6 hours of surgery. 11 screws, a plate, a bone graft and a gastroc recession. Fun, huh? Let your orthopod know what is going on.
