Hi, I had an accident last week, and fortunately, I wasn’t hurt badly. However, it seams that one of my screws is broken. What should I do?

Hello, sorry about your accident. I think you shouldn’t wait to see your neurosurgeon any longer. If you can’t find your neurosurgeon, go to another but don’t wait! Go to MRI or x-ray to be sure what happened and if there is really a broken screw, which one is it. But if you do MRI, I think you’ll have to wait couple of weeks for results to be over. The longer you wait, the smaller are chances for them to admit that your screw broke at the moment of the accident. You know what it means, your insurance company will have to pay you some money. My brother had a screw C7 that broke, so I know how inconvenient it can be.
