I am a 25 year old female.I had my tubes tied right after I had my daughter.For the past three months I have the cramps and back ache like I am getting ready to start my period,and all that comes is this really dark red to almost brown discharge.The discharge last for a few hours and that is it.No period.I do have a drs app the 8 of Nov.There is a history of cycts and cancer in my family.Could any one please help me give me some sort of idea to what might be going on.I also have a lack of a sex drive could this be a problem to go along with the discharge.
