Hi

I have been having problems which my local doctor cannot even find an answer for. So thought i would post here to see if anyone else has same problem.

One day a Few years ago I was having fast hard intercourse with my wife and afterwards I felt a bit of pain in my testicles, similar to slightly knocking yourself and that male abdomen pain.

I noticed swelling too... this went away but noticed that i had sagging left testies with sagging veins. I then started getting aching balls and aching abdomen every evening.

After a consultation with doctor I had the Varicoceles Abrolization surgery done. However they had a problem doing the surgery as the valve in my vein closed whilst trying to fit the cathertor down my renal vein. This was a little painful at the time.

Anwyay, after the op i did get relief which was nice, but i did notice that when sitting my trousers felt very tight, i was very uncomfortable around that area (similar to sit ups burning feeling) the front waistline is always uncomfortable when sitting. I often have to drive with my trousers undone.

When standing the pain goes away

I also have pain in my left hand side renal vein which is a similar pain when they were doing the surgery.

I do suspect these are 2 issues as the renal pain is not always there.

I am wondering if the waistline pain it is a muscular issue. I am overweight, i have a big beer belly which sags and i weight 235 pounds.

The pain feels like it is about one inch inside and is just above the pubic area. I go to the toilet as normal, i can urinate ok.

My job involves sitting all day. The pain comes and goes, sometimes it bad and smetimes i will be ok until late in the evening.

hope someone knows the problem.

It sounds like you have consulted with medical experts and while you describe the pain and location very clearly, I don't know what else we can add that you don't already know.

I'll be interested to see if anyone else can confirm what is causing this condition in you.

PS: I know you don't want to hear this, but loosing weight is always a good thing...
