36yr old, sore abdomen (similar to feeling after surgery), feels like it's being pushed out all the time (pressure) which leads to low back pain. other info: ibs symptoms (major cramping, mucuousy), pain worse when standing/sitting. also when standing, tummy feels hard, pressing can feel little round lump under skin.
endoscope/colonscope (due to nonvisible blood in stool) show polyps non-cancerous.
1) what kind of problems can there externally on abdomen?
2) ive had 2 c-sections (one last yr), an open appendec and gallbladder removals (4 yrs ago). Can this be from adhesions or abdmoinal separation? should i continue to investigate being cancer is not an issue.
